I've tried the following solutions: I have a 19" Samsung TV with a Streaming Stick 4K. I use a Roku voice remote with standard batteries; there's a pairing button next to the batteries. When I turn on the TV & press the Home button on my Roku remote, nothing at all happens & it shows "no signal" on the TV screen. I've unplugged the Roku stick from the TV and I've unplugged the Find the hidden recessed reset button and hold it in for a minimum of 30 seconds. Ignore whatever is happening on the screen, you must hold it for at least 30 seconds to properly trigger the reset. Then power cycle and see if you get the initial welcome and setup screen. .
